The location is fantastic, just a 10-minute walk from the central station with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The self-check-in system is smooth, and the room itself comes equipped with a microwave, fridge, and kettle. It's convenient to have a comfortable, spacious setup for a short stay.

Nice spacious rooms, very clean, coffee/tea making facilities as well as a microwave and fridge. Great location.

There is no ventilation. No air-con and you cannot open the windows due to 'security'. We were there while it was 12-14 degrees max and wish we could have opened the window for a bit of fresh air, so I can't imagine staying here in the summer.....

I really enjoyed the location, quiet yet close to lovely cafes and restaurants. The self-check-in system was good, nice for a smooth arrival, and the apartment was clean and equipped with a microwave, plates, and glasses.

It was economical and well organized with a small refrigerator and coffee facility.

It's fully electronically controlled - no need staff to attend to you! Amazing and interesting experience. That's the way to go!

Check-in only at 4pm. The computer system will not accept your door code before that, so you cannot enter before 4pm. Must check out before 12 noon; if you happen to leave you baggage inside, you may have a problem entering after that to retrieve it.

Central location, very convenient

I liked the location of this hotel, I liked the interesting system with code to enter, it was calm and warm inside.

I didn't like that bed was shared with two mattress, I was thinking it would be one big bed, but it was ok.

Near to all facilities and shops in the inner city

Positive, Very centrally located. The room was spacious and had a good state of showers and beds. Free laundry was a great perk, and I loved the prompt communication with the staff. Check-in and check-out were seamless 😊

Easy with codes instead of keys, cheap. Good with coffee, tea and microwave in the room.

It was very dirty!! The cleaning was not good at all, actually disgusting!

What an experience. The shower gel box was empty, an oversight for an hotel like this! I had to beg for extra toilet paper, but apparently that's too much to ask. I almost thought about giving a good review, but I expected a complimentary gesture, and that just screams poor service, apparently.

The hotel is cheap and located just 5 min walk from the city center.

The rooms look a bit cheap. They are clean, but you can see signs of wear on the surfaces.

As always, the Omena hotel experience is excellent. Having a door entry code means you don't have a key to lose, the rooms are spacious, clean and well-furnished, the free wi-fi is great, and the location is ideal - only a short walk from the city centre. I have stayed in several Omena hotels and remain truly impressed - you always know exactly what to expect, and unlike certain uk budget hotel chains, the hotels are always consistently excellent - no element of hit-and-miss here. In fact, to me, Omena hotels do not feel like budget hotels. Highly recommended.

My only small complaint would be that in this hotel, the housekeeping staff seemed to start work at 8am, and they weren't exactly quiet with their trolleys!
